Part I Speakers:

William R. Tamayo (Bill Tamayo), Regional Attorney for the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity
Commision, San Francisco District, where he directs
the Commission's litigation and legal program in
Northern and Central California, Hawaii, American
Samoa, Wake Island, Johnston Island, Guam and the
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Linda Ordonio-Dixon, lead counsel in
EEOC v Harris Farms, a six-week trial involving the rapes of a farm worker. On Jan. 21, 2005, the jury returned a
$994,000 award and a verdict on harrassment, retaliation and constructive discharge.

Part II Speakers:

Monique W. Morris, M.S., is the Director of Berkeley's(DRC), which has conducted groundbreaking studies documenting the prevalence of discrimination in employment. Ms. Morris has led research and advocacy campaigns to address racial and gender
disparities in the criminal justice system.

Jean Ann Seago, PhD, RN, is an associate professor at the UCSF school of Nursing, and consults for the Nurse Manager Institute at the Center for the Health Professions. Dr. Seago's research focuses on factors that predict nurse workforce outcomes such as turnover, absenteeism, and job satisfaction.
